For Digital Products

• 🚫 No returns/refunds once files are downloaded.

• If a download link is broken or file is corrupted, we will resend it promptly.

For Physical Products

• Return window: 7 days after delivery

• Only unused items in original condition accepted

• Refunds processed within 5–7 working days after approval

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment or file delivery.

• No cancellations after shipment or download.
