Shipping (for physical items)

• Orders dispatched within 2–3 working days

• Delivery time: 5–7 days depending on location for items In-Stock

• Orders made for products requiring Lead Time may take more and will be notified to the customer before placing the order.

• Tracking will be provided

Cancellation

• Can cancel before dispatch

• Refund issued if payment was made

Digital Downloads:

• Available immediately upon payment.

• A backup download link is also emailed.

Assembled PCBs or OEM Products:

• Orders are processed in 2–5 business days.

• Tracking information will be shared post-dispatch.

Cancellations:

• Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 12 hours, Refund issued if payment was made.

• Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once paid.
